Birth Doula Services Include:

• Complimentary meet and greet

• 2 prenatal visits (create and discuss birth plan and answer all birthing questions)

• birth attendance (for duration of labour); includes breathing exercise, body positions optimal for labour, guided visualizations, breastfeeding support after the baby is born  

• 1 postnatal visit (assess baby; jaundice, milk intake, soiled diapers, latch and assess new mama for healing, breastfeeding and mood)

• medical terminology explained at home and hospital

• option to use naturopathic treatment options; botanical medicine, acupuncture, homeopathics, nutritional counseling, supplement review

• Back up doula always on call

• Unlimited phone, text and email birth support

We value our relationships and don't want that to end with the birth of your baby. We will gladly support you down the road with any questions you might have about you and your baby. 

Cost: $1800

*As a government regulated healthcare profession, services provided by our naturopathic birth doulas are covered by most extended healthcare plans in Ontario.
